Craig Coshun of Fox Sport’s Wisconsin joined the show on Tuesday.
Coshun talked about what the Milwaukee Bucks are going to do as the trade deadline approaches. “I would not be surprised to see them pull off some kind of a deal before Thursday. I see the rumors going around today with (Monta) Ellis potentially going to the Hawks. I think the Bucks need to move Ellis, it seems to be the mostly likely thing to happen.” But Coshun said we could see anything from the Bucks. “This team will always surprise you this time of the year.”
Coshun says that if Milwaukee makes a significant trade, that shows they want to do something in the playoffs. “To somehow get a first round win has to be the goal of this team right now there’s absolutely no doubt about it. “
Coshun also talked about the Brewers first basemen situation now that (Mat) Gamel is out with another ACL tear. “I would have to say that (Taylor) Green would have to have a tremendous spring training to make the club. He just really honestly had a dismal stint 3 or 4 times. Coshun said that although Alex Gonzalez may not be thrilled to go to first, he could see some time there. The catcher with the day off may help at first also. Coshun said, “It will probably be first basemen by committee. “
