Bo Ryan and his #2 seeded Badger Basketball team are headed to Dallas, Texas next Saturday for the Final Four after defeating #1 seeded Arizona in overtime 64-63 Saturday night (3-29-14). Ryan is 13 for 13 on making the NCAA Tournament during his tenure as the head Basketball coach with UW, and just missed the Final Four in 2005 as a 6 seed, when his team lost to North Carolina 88-82.

The last time Bucky has been to the Final Four was in 2000 as an 8 seed when Dick Bennett's team was downed by Michigan State 53-41.

The Badgers have cut down the nets as National Champions only once, that was in 1941 when Head Coach Bud Foster's team defeated the Washington State Cougars 39-34... that was a LONG time ago... check out the footage:

Don't forget Bo has Championship Game experience...he led UW-Platteville to 4 Division III Championships in 1991, '95, '98, and '99.

GO BADGERS
